One on one Home Health Records System set up and maintenance. Together, lets create your personalized system to gather, organize and share (as needed) your personal health records. Keep your health and medication regimens in order and give your doctors useful information so they can treat and support you best! Caregiver

I do offer some limited caregiver services. Primarily my services include being a companion to Dr. appointments. I can act as your note taker and advocate. A second set of ears and reminder of your concerns is beneficial in any healthcare situation.
